The project aims at identification of relations linking the acoustic emission signal with the process of initiation and propagation of fatigue damage in polymer-matrix composites in the presence of the self-heating phenomenon by developing an effective path for processing and analyzing the acoustic emission signal as a result of research covering the selection, development and adaptation of adequate methods and techniques for data processing and analysis.
